GREEN SMOOTHIE WITH HONEY

Green smoothie with honey is a healthy and good snack that you make quickly and easily. With a green smoothie on the menu, you get lots of important nutrients in an easy way. If you have small children, green smoothies are a clever way to nourish them. Smootihes are fun to make - experiment and try your hand at your own favorite smoothie.

2 GLASS

You need:
2 avocado
2 kiwi
1 banana, well ripe
1 tablespoon ginger
1/2 pose baby spinach
2 dl yoghurt naturell
3 dl apple juice
1 tablespoon Norwegian honey from Honningcentralen
1 egg
1/2 lime, juice
Tips!
Green smoothie is great as a snack.

Peel and cut avocado, kiwi and banana. Ginger is peeled and finely chopped.

Put all the ingredients in a blender and run to a smooth consistency.

Season with lime and honey.
