HONEY GLAZED VEGETABLES ON THE GRILL
Glazed vegetables go perfectly with barbecue food. If you glaze the vegetables with honey, they will be shiny, delicious and taste great. With honey-glazed vegetables, you lift the barbecue food to new heights.

You need:
1 broccoli
1/2 cauliflower
3 carrots
100 g sugar peas
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons summer honey from Honningcentralen
Salt and pepper

Divide the broccoli and cauliflower into small bouquets. Cut the carrots into slices.

Spread broccoli, cauliflower, carrots and sugar peas in a large grill pan.

Sprinkle with olive oil, spread a few blobs of butter over the vegetables and season lightly with salt and pepper.

Grill the vegetables on indirect heat for 20 minutes. Brush summer honey over the vegetables and continue grilling for 10-15 minutes.

Stir in the vegetables so that they are all covered by the honey mixture, and the mixture is ready for serving.
