Bona Mel Organic Calluna Honey is made by certified organic beekeeping, by our bees from the pollination of calluna flowers belonging to a variety of high mountain heather that are located in the Cebollera Natural Park in Soria (Spain). ). Our Bona Mel Organic Calluna Honey has a light amber color with reddish hues, an intense and persistent aroma of heather flower and a sweet taste, with bitter and salty connotations. We collect it from the hives in August. Like all our honeys, it maintains all its multiple properties due to the conservation of the products in their optimum quality and in the most natural way throughout the process from production to obtaining the packaged product.
