Bona Mel Organic Mountain Honey is made by our bees from high mountain meadow flowers and from the secretions of the fruit of the oaks and holm oaks that are located in the Cebollera Natural Park in Soria (Spain). Our organic forest honey is dark amber in color, with a floral aroma, with a clear toasted (malted) cereal component, intense and persistent, a sweet mouthfeel with soft salty notes. We collect it from the hives in the months of July and August.
