Multifloral, polyfloral or milfloral honey is the type of honey that is produced when bees have pollinated fields with different types of flowers, without predominating any of them. Our Mil Flores Ecologica honey is a honey, made by our bees with the nectar of several Mediterranean wild flowers and whose hives are located in the Natural Parks of "Sierra Mariola" and Safor, located in the Valencian Community, carrying out its harvest in the months of March and April. Mil Flores Bona Mel organic honey has a fairly light color with reddish tones, a faint floral aroma and a sweet taste. An exquisite honey with all its properties intact due to the exhaustive care that we demand of ourselves at Bona Mel as ecological beekeepers.
