Bona Mel Organic Linden Honey comes from the great natural forests of Romania where the bees collect the nectar of the linden flower, transform it and combine it with its own substances, storing it in the honeycombs where it matures until it is harvested in June to obtain this excellent honey, totally natural. Our organic linden honey is medium light in appearance, almost transparent, with a floral aroma with a marked spicy and intense component and a peculiar taste with an increase in farinaceous olfactory specks in the retronasal.
