VARIETY Organic Thyme Honey. FORMATS 900gr, 450gr and 300gr ORIGIN Valencian Community and Castilla y León (SPAIN) SENSORY CHARACTERISTICS Visual Appearance (Colour): Medium Clear, reddish. Aroma: Floral with a clear phenolic component, very intense and persistent. Taste (Sensations in the Mouth): Sweet taste, with clear acid notes. Taste (Crystallization): Low tendency to crystallization. PRODUCT INFORMATIONOrganic Thyme Honey made by our bees from the wild Mediterranean thyme flower found in the “Sierra Mariola” Natural Park (Alicante), in the La Safor market (Valencia) and in the Sierra de la Cebollera Natural Park. (Soria). These natural parks are located at an altitude of approximately 1,000 metres, with the Sierra de Cebollera being at an altitude of 1,800 metres. HARVESTING SEASON JAN FEB MAR APR MAY JUN JUL    AUG SEP OCT NOV DEC

Bona Mel Organic Thyme Honey is made by our bees from the Mediterranean wild thyme flower found in the “Sierra Mariola” Natural Park, located in the province of Alicante (Spain) and in the region of La Safor, located in the province of Valencia (Spain), at an approximate altitude of 1,000 meters and in the Sierra de la Cebollera Natural Park located in the province of Soria (Spain) at an altitude of 1,800 meters. Our organic thyme honey has a medium light reddish visual appearance, a floral aroma with a notable phenolic component, very intense and persistent, and a sweet taste on the palate, with clear acid notes. The harvesting season is in the months of June and July.
